Roy E. Behymer
Senior Safety/Electrical
Engineer
Roy Behymer has been
consulting with Practical
Safety Solutions since 2003.
Prior to joining the
company, he performed
electrical maintenance and
supervision at a commercial
nuclear power plant. Roy
served honorably in the U.S.
Navy’s nuclear power
propulsion program onboard
submarines. He has
experience in operations,
maintenance, repair and
supervision. This includes
training, job planning and
scheduling, quality
assurance, radiological
controls and electrical,
mechanical, and electronic
systems.

Terrance (Terry) M. Rowley
Safety Engineer
Terry Rowley has over 20
years experience in safety
and health. His experience
includes safety positions
with several major manufacturers
in the aerospace industry,
an automotive and off road
equipment components manufacturer,
and the State of Connecticut.
Terry is a Lean Six Sigma Green
Belt and experienced with 5S
and lean manufacturing
organizations. In addition,
Terry has developed and
conducted numerous training
programs, including ergonomics
for both office and shop floor
environments.

Lori D. Kolar
Business Operations
Administrator
Lori Kolar has been the
Business Operations
Administrator with Practical
Safety Solutions, LLC since
January 2008. Lori has 30
years experience in hospital
administrative services and
patient care support. Lori
held supervisory positions
in a community hospital
prior to joining PSS. Her
experience includes office
management, job planning,
training and scheduling,
customer service, and
responding to court
deposition and subpoenas.
Lori also served as a member
of the emergency
preparedness and quality
improvement teams.
Lori has an associate’s
degree in Marketing.
